1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your first Linkly Pro subscription payment, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. This applies to your first monthly or annual payment.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual charges after the first) are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription before your next billing date — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
However, if a renewal was charged due to a technical error, accidental signup, or you forgot to cancel within 48 hours of the renewal, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.
3. EU / UK consumer right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital services. By starting to use the Pro features (creating or publishing a mini-page) before the 14 days expire, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal. This does not affect your other statutory consumer rights.
4. How to request a refund
- Email billing@linklyqr.app from the address associated with your account.
- Include your order ID or the email address used at checkout, and a brief reason (optional but helpful).
- We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle.com Inc., our merchant of record. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. What's not refundable
- QR code generation — it's free, so there's nothing to refund.
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window (you simply won't be re-billed).
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. abuse, fraud, illegal content).
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us — please reach out so we can help.
6. After your refund
Once a refund is issued, your Pro access ends and any hosted mini-pages will be unpublished. Your account itself remains so you can re-subscribe later if you change your mind. QR code designs you've downloaded remain yours forever.
