A digital business card QR code (vCard) adds your name, phone, email and company straight to someone's contacts when they scan it.
Make a vCard QR code
- Open /qr-code-generator and choose the Contact tab.
- Fill in your name, phone, email, company and website.
- Style it and download.
- Test it — your phone should offer to 'Create contact'.
vCard vs a mini page
A vCard is fixed once printed and holds only basic details. A Linkly mini page can show your photo, services, booking link, socials and a 'save contact' button — and you can update it anytime. See /link-in-bio.
Static or never-change code?
A static code holds the link itself and is free forever, but it can't be changed after printing — a new link means a new code. A never-change code (Pro, $5/month or $49/year) points to a permanent getlinkly.app address, so you can change where it goes anytime, see how many people scanned it, and it keeps working even if you cancel. Best for cards you'll hand out for years.
Tips
- Keep fields short so the code stays easy to scan.
- Print at least 2 cm on cards.
- Add 'Scan to save my contact' next to it.
